Thank you for choosing Home Comfort Alliance, the Comfort People, for your service & maintenance needs. We understand the importance of functioning and well-maintained HVAC systems. Here's what you can expect during an upcoming maintenance:

Before and During Your Appointment

Comfort
To ensure the highest level of comfort, we provide appointment confirmations for the date and time of your appointment. You will also be provided with a picture and short bio on your technician to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
Peace of Mind
When the technician is dispatched to your home, you will receive a text alert with your ability to track their journey, turn-by-turn, so that you know when we’re on our way and nearing your residence.
Awareness
All work will be reviewed before we begin, and your authorization will be required to provide the maintenance service so that nothing is done that you’re not aware of and approve beforehand.
Prepared
If there are any concerns beforehand or if there are pictures/videos that you’d like to share, we have an online and text capabilities to receive videos or pictures directly into your job to ensure that the team can be as informed and prepared as possible to address your concerns quickly.
Satisfaction
All services performed will be reviewed by you to ensure that you understand the work that was done and warranties as they’d apply to each service. We are proud of what we do, and we stand behind our work. We want you to feel like you receive ‘5-Star’ service, every time.

Follow Up After Your Repair

Assurance
Following your maintenance, you will receive a follow up email or text, based on your preference to be able to provide our team with feedback on your experience. This feedback is crucial to our development as a company. Both to celebrate with stellar service as well as determine areas for improvement. Please consider providing us with this valuable information.
Follow Up
We follow up 5-7 days following our service to ensure that the work we’ve completed has met your expectations and no immediate attention is needed.

What to Expect - Repair Appointment

Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment is scheduled for the date and time also listed separately in this communication. Our technician will be arriving during this window. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 will be available to grant access to our technician and that we will have clear access to the HVAC equipment.
Service Scope and Fees:
Your service call starts when the technician is dispatched to your home. There will be a Trip Fee of $119. Additionally, there is a diagnostic fee starting at $72 where the technician will perform a comprehensive inspection and diagnosis of your heating system. Diagnostics can vary from system to symptom and can take fifteen minutes up to one hour.
Diagnostic Process:
Our technician will start by conducting a thorough inspection of your heating system, checking for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. They will use specialized tools and equipment to identify any underlying issues affecting the performance of your system.
Repair or Maintenance Procedures:
If any repairs or maintenance are needed, our technician will discuss the findings with you and provide recommendations for the necessary actions. This may include replacing worn-out parts, cleaning components, or adjusting settings for optimal performance.
Cost Estimate:
Before proceeding with any repairs or maintenance, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate. This includes repair pricing and any additional services required. While we carry many repair components on our well stocked vehicles, we may need to order your specific part and schedule a return trip for repair. If a return repair appointment is necessary, there will not be an additional trip fee for that return appointment.
Safety Protocols:
Rest assured; our technician will adhere to strict safety protocols throughout the service call.
Customer Involvement:
While our technician performs their inspection and service, your presence or input may be required at certain points. We encourage you to ask questions and share any concerns you may have about your heating system.
Follow-Up Recommendations and Payment:
Upon completion of the service call, our technician will provide you with recommendations for any follow-up actions. This may include scheduling regular maintenance appointments, upgrading outdated equipment, or implementing energy-saving measures. Payment for services provided is expected at the completion of each appointment. For your convenience we accept, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and exact cash. Technicians are not able to make change for cash payments.
