The mini split system we purchased works great! I have lived in this house for over 40 years and expected the system to be good, but this is fantasic! We purchased through Costco and got a great price. The installers Mikel and Ina were efficient and friendly. They left the areas where they worked completely cleaned up! I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems!!

This is the second time I've hired MM Comfort Systems, first time was through costco, 2nd time I reached out directly. They replaced an old furnace and installed a new AC. They were professional and on time. When they got here they looked through various parts of the ceiling and wall to determine a least intrusive way to route the AC coolant lines. Their patchwork was also well done aesthetically. They installed the components and AC was up and running within 8 hours. Drew and Jason did a great job with the unit, I have already recommended MM Comfort Systems to some neighbors.

I'd like to split my review into two parts, the actual installation, and the process leading up to it. The day of installation and our techs Randy & Clinton were amazing, very professional, quick, and responsive. Our units work perfectly and the installation was painless.However, the lead up to installation was a real pain. I had to go back and forth several times with the initial planner because they kept sending docs that had the AC Units in the wrong place and were missing key elements needed for our HOA approval. In general, our representative was non responsive and I had to call customer service several times just to get them to respond to an e-mail. I understand that this is an insanely busy time in Washington for HVAC installation, but this part of the process was a pain through and through.Overall, the end result is great, so I can't complain too much, but be prepared to have to do some legwork in the lead-up.

Sam & Zach installed my new Heater and AC system on time for this year's hot weather. They were very professional and he seems to be very detailed oriented in making sure the installation not only done properly but looked good , even facing the PVC pipe printing to towards the back. I used this company when I purchased my new heating and cooling system VIA Costco. I will highly recommend their services for others. Although the installation took a while to schedule due to their busy schedule and lack of supplies I was told. I choose the high efficiency furnace this time to save on gas and energy. Now waiting for my $2,300 refund.

We had MM Comfort Systems install a whole house water filter and a new water heater along with installing a new kitchen faucet and a new pressure regulating valve. Chris and his apprentice did a great job. They work was clean and has performed well. We had an issue with the hot water circulation pump but Chris made the corrections. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it took quite a while to get the proposal for the work.

Recently had heat pump with mini-split units installed. Luis and Mario arrived on time each day, were considerate and professional. When a change was required, Luis explained why and what the change would entail. The work was completed in a timely way and they made sure all the units were working before they left. They picked up after themselves and left the site clean.

Mikel and Ina installed our new gas furnace and thermostat. They arrived on time and worked through the morning. They kept us informed and showed us how the unit was different, how to change filters and use the new thermostat. The old unit and all materials were removed, everything was left in great condition.

We are reaching out to inform you that Home Comfort Alliance is taking the spread of COVID-19 very seriously. We are fully operational to serve the comfort needs of our customers, and as we continue to provide service and installations throughout the greater Puget Sound area, we want to assure you that the well-being of our community is our top priority. Following recommendations from both the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health, we have taken and are continuing to take measures of precaution to ensure the safety and wellness of our customers and employees.

At our facilities


  • Employees have been instructed to adhere to CDC recommendations for sanitization and social- distancing.
  • Employees who have any cold or flu symptoms are required to stay at home until symptom free for at least 3 days or 7 days after symptom onset, whichever is longer.
  • Should an employee have exposure to someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, they are expected to remain home for 14 days for health monitoring.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been setup throughout our facilities.
  • Frequency of sanitization in our facilities has been increased and cleaning crews are taking extra precautions throughout their regular deep cleans.
  • All in person team meetings and group functions have been cancelled for the time being.
  • Personnel who can perform their jobs from home are doing so.
  • We are limiting contact and practicing social-distancing with our vendors and other potential outside visitors.

In your home


  • Our field staff has been trained be mindful of sanitization in your home and they have been equipped with gloves, disinfectant and masks. Please be advised that they will likely arrive wearing their masks and gloves.
  • Although, our technicians will not arrive to your home wearing a mask, they will be happy to wear one at your request. It is standard practice for a technician to wear a mask if entering a crawl space or attic area.
  • Our technicians have been informed to respect social distancing in your home.
  • Our technicians have been instructed to follow these procedures:
  • Use gloves whenever possible.
  • Wipe down all equipment or thermostats at the completion of the job.
  • Frequently wipe down their tablet using disinfecting wipes.
  • Frequently wipe down the inside of their vehicle and frequently touched items with disinfecting wipes.
  • Our customers are no longer asked for signatures on tablets.

Please inform us in advance of your appointment if you or anyone in your household are showing any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus or have tested positive for the Coronavirus. The World Health Organization has identified symptoms as shortness of breath, fever, and persistent cough
