What to Expect - Repair Appointment

Your appointment is scheduled for the date and time also listed separately in this communication. Our technician will be arriving during this window. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 will be available to grant access to our technician and that we will have clear access to the HVAC equipment.
Service Scope and Fees:
Your service call starts when the technician is dispatched to your home. There will be a Trip Fee of $119. Additionally, there is a diagnostic fee starting at $72 where the technician will perform a comprehensive inspection and diagnosis of your heating system. Diagnostics can vary from system to symptom and can take fifteen minutes up to one hour.
Diagnostic Process:
Our technician will start by conducting a thorough inspection of your heating system, checking for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. They will use specialized tools and equipment to identify any underlying issues affecting the performance of your system.
Repair or Maintenance Procedures:
If any repairs or maintenance are needed, our technician will discuss the findings with you and provide recommendations for the necessary actions. This may include replacing worn-out parts, cleaning components, or adjusting settings for optimal performance.
Cost Estimate:
Before proceeding with any repairs or maintenance, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate. This includes repair pricing and any additional services required. While we carry many repair components on our well stocked vehicles, we may need to order your specific part and schedule a return trip for repair. If a return repair appointment is necessary, there will not be an additional trip fee for that return appointment.
Customer Involvement:
While our technician performs their inspection and service, your presence or input may be required at certain points. We encourage you to ask questions and share any concerns you may have about your heating system.
Follow-Up Recommendations and Payment:
Upon completion of the service call, our technician will provide you with recommendations for any follow-up actions. This may include scheduling regular maintenance appointments, upgrading outdated equipment, or implementing energy-saving measures. Payment for services provided is expected at the completion of each appointment. For your convenience we accept, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and exact cash. Technicians are not able to make change for cash payments.
