Today was another 5-star day for Home Comfort Alliance. Brad Johnson, their tech, was a bit early (yay), very professional, and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining what was wrong and how it could be easily fixed. I appreciate Brad's respectful demeanour and his expertise. Great company, great service, great employees.

Anton from Home Comfort Alliance was very personable and efficient in doing our pms on A/C and furnace.  A couple very useful suggestions and easily provided quotes on comparable replacements for our 39 year old  furnace. But said we had done a good job of maintaining and doing needed repairs. Allen answered all my questions wonderfully.  Thanks to him I gained important to me knowledge on heat pump systems for a possible new addition. The Technicians Matthew Willard and Michael Moore did a great job. They were very professional and fast. I had my old gas furnace replaced and an air conditioning unit installed. Everything looks great. 4 days later and the AC is keeping the house nice and cool. The electrical installation looks good too but I didn’t get to meet the electrical technicians because I left for work. I think that their names were Armando and Justin. I can't say enough good things about Home Comfort Alliance and, in particular, Kelly Robblee and Michael Hanson.

Home Comfort Alliance installed a new furnace in our home in late 2024/early 2025. This May, we discovered that our electric sauna no longer had power. Because we rarely use it, we hadn't noticed the problem sooner. I contacted Home Comfort Alliance thinking the sauna circuit may have been disconnected during the electrical work associated with the furnace installation.

I honestly wasn't sure what kind of response I'd get given how much time had passed, but they took my concern seriously and sent Kelly and Michael to investigate.

They quickly traced the problem and discovered that Home Comfort Alliance hadn't caused it at all. A completely different contractor who installed our electric car charger had taken the power from the sauna circuit.

Here's the part that really impressed me: even after determining that it wasn't their responsibility, Kelly and Michael offered to fix the problem for us anyway.

That is exceptional customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and there was never any attempt to brush off our concern or pass the problem along once they discovered someone else had caused it.

It's easy to give a company five stars when everything goes perfectly. I think you learn much more about a company by seeing how they respond when a customer comes to them with a problem. Kelly, Michael and Home Comfort Alliance exceeded my expectations. This is exactly the kind of company you want to do business with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
