Our Black Friday HVAC Clearance (11/15 – 12/1) features discounted, in-stock equipment like high-efficiency heat pumps, gas furnaces, and ductless/mini-split systems that we’re clearing out to make room for 2026 inventory. Discounts range from 25% to 75% off depending on model, size, and remaining quantity.

This is a true clearance event. Some systems are last-year models, overstock, or specific sizes we don’t need to carry in large volume. Those get the deepest discounts (up to 75% off). Current, highly requested systems are still discounted but closer to 25–40% off.

Yes — we’ll provide a site visit or virtual estimate to confirm the right size and configuration. Final pricing will include installation, required materials, and labor. If your home needs extra electrical, ductwork, or permits, we’ll itemize it so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

In many cases, yes. If the equipment qualifies for a local utility rebate or federal tax credit, we’ll help you apply it on top of the sale price when possible. Eligibility depends on your location, existing system, and the model selected. Ask our team during your estimate and we’ll confirm what stacks in your area.

The sale is active from November 15 through December 1, or while supplies last. Because this is a clearance, certain sizes and brands can sell out early. We recommend booking your estimate sooner so we can reserve the equipment for you.

Yes. Even though these are clearance prices, we still have approved financing options available for qualifying customers. Our team can show monthly payment options so you can upgrade before winter without a large upfront cost.

Inventory rotates throughout the sale, but it typically includes top HVAC brands we install regularly — heat pumps, gas furnaces, and ductless mini-splits in select capacities. Because quantities are limited, we’ll show you what’s available the day you book.

For price and availability, yes. January often has colder weather and less clearance inventory. This sale is designed to clear 2025 stock now — once these discounted units are gone, they’re gone.
