He educated me on a failing capacitor and was able to switch it out while cleaning up the carbon buildup in the gas furnace. He was great at selling additional services by asking about my hot water heater. One of those,"I'll get to it someday" tasks of draining the hot water tank to get out mineral and metal at the bottom allowing the tank to work more efficiently and extend the tanks life. He was able to complete it while here and for a reasonable fee since he was already here. Good experience all around! I would highly recommend Josh and Home Comfort Alliance.Posted on Google
