AC repairs we handle

Getting the size and install right
We size cooling from a load calculation that accounts for windows, insulation, sun exposure and the ducts, not the size of the old unit. On ducted systems we check that the ducts and return can carry the airflow a new system needs. On ductless systems we plan head locations for even cooling and route the line set neatly. Outdoor units go on a level pad or wall bracket with clearance for airflow and service, and above the standing water that Monroe’s wet winters can leave around foundations.
Summer smoke and indoor air
