Three local conditions shape most of the work we do in Duvall.

Permits in Duvall
The City of Duvall requires permits for furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, for water heater installation, and for fixture replacements that change plumbing. Electrical permits for Duvall are issued by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (City of Duvall, Permit Required).
