  our HVAC system hadn't had service in 7 years. Isaac was great!  He was professional and thorough and did a lot of problem solving.  Happy to sign up for annual service with Home Comfort Alliance - and hopefully get Isaac back!

  Okay.. two people to rave about.. Chad Galino (electrician) and Kyle Callahan (heat pump/furnace specialist).  We used this company under its old name for our heat pump for years and they were great. These two guys were awesome.  Chad walked me through the house and we discussed potential issues/problems, what I can do during a small remodel, my electrical panel and ideas for installation of my light fixtures.  He knew his stuff.  He'll be installing light fixtures and working on my electric panel soon.
Kyle.. he educated me on my furnace and discussed how I will know when I need a new one (mine is old) and what that looks like.  He had great suggestions and helped me feel confident about what I need to do when.  Also, he serviced my furnace and heat pump and educated me about my heat pump.

  I've used Home Comfort Alliance (previously Sullivan's) in Bremerton for a number of years now for my gas furnace and more recently my Heat Pump/AC for maintenance and repairs when needed.

  Wonderful experience. A technician (Dan) was here the morning after I called. He worked and worried over the problem with our furnace, came to a possible fix, ordered the part so he could get it next day and successfully got the furnace up and running on day two. He was very friendly and his truck did not block any of my vehicles (that was thoughtful). He outlined potential upgrades to make my warranty worth more (still thinking on those). Company texted well b4 Tech came, so i was ready and he completed tasks and left everything in order with no trash and a brief oral report of conditions, followed by written one in an email.   The heating/cooling unit servicing one part of our home stopped working.  I called Home Comfort Alliance, Bremerton, who we have used for many years to service our units.  They scheduled next day service, and I was thrilled with the timely response.  They sent out Brad, their top troubleshooter.  He not only fixed the unit that stopped working but also performed the six month service on the other two units; changed the filters and provided a report of his findings.  I cannot recommend Home Comfort Alliance enough.  They are responsive and knowledgeable about the services they perform.  I appreciate that Home Comfort has a top-notch service person on their staff who can investigate and solve issues on complex systems.
