A recent Bellevue job: no heat in south Bellevue
In October 2026 a south Bellevue homeowner called with no heat. They had seen the furnace’s status light blink red four times, the code for an open high-limit switch, and had switched the furnace off. Our technician ran the blower on its own and then both heating stages, and the furnace would not repeat the fault. Rather than replace parts on a guess, he showed the homeowner what to watch for, suggested surge protection to guard the control board, and asked them to call back if the code returned, so any repair is based on a fault we can see.
