Heat pumps work well in attached homes, with a few extra steps. Outdoor units may need to go on a balcony bracket, a small side-yard pad or, where allowed, a roof curb, and associations often need to approve the location, line set route and exterior appearance. Ductless systems are especially useful here because the line set needs only a small wall opening. Bring your association’s rules and any required forms to the estimate, and we will provide the equipment details and placement plan they ask for.
Kenmore winters and backup heat
