  Technician showed within the designated time period. Told me the order of how the componants would be serviced. He was very friendly and his truck did not block any of my vehicles (that was thoughtful). He outlined potential upgrades to make my warranty worth more (still thinking on those). Company texted well b4 Tech came, so i was ready and he completed tasks and left everything in order with no trash and a brief oral report of conditions, followed by written one in an email.   The heating/cooling unit servicing one part of our home stopped working.  I called Home Comfort Alliance, Bremerton, who we have used for many years to service our units.  They scheduled next day service, and I was thrilled with the timely response.  They sent out Brad, their top troubleshooter.  He not only fixed the unit that stopped working but also performed the six month service on the other two units; changed the filters and provided a report of his findings.  I cannot recommend Home Comfort Alliance enough.  They are responsive and knowledgeable about the services they perform.  I appreciate that Home Comfort has a top-notch service person on their staff who can investigate and solve issues on complex systems.

  Sam and Mario did a fantastic job installing our new gas furnace. They demonstrated great customer service and the attention to detail: they put new gas valve, power supply for in-duct purifier, condensing water pump, new filter cabinet + filter that Sam had to step out to shop for, etc. They even upgraded our thermostat's wiring to match the new 2-stage furnace (without hard-defining a timed cutoff on the filter board). I appreciate very much that they did these without us having to ask or monitor, but rather to do a high-quality job (they worked for 6+ hours and took care of everything!). Thank you folks for the great job!
We also a good experience with the initial consultant (Vince) who did a thorough job of estimating our new furnace specs. We found them through Costco (Lennox). Our pricing included the 15% costco cash card; their overall quote was reasonable and competitive as well (lower than some of the other quotes we had).
