Our technician for this year’s annual AC maintenance was Cody, and he was outstanding. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly easy to talk to. What really stood out was how educational he was. He took the time to explain how to get the most out of our AC system and shared helpful maintenance tips that we never would have thought to ask about. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything before he left.
It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely enjoys helping customers learn. Cody made the entire service visit a great experience. We highly recommend Comfort Alliance and especially Cody if you have the chance to work with him. Thank you for the excellent service!

Jorge did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and implementing a solution, I give him 5 stars for his work, we are happy with the repair. The disappointing thing is that this is the second summer in a row that we have gone to use our new AC (winter of 2024) and it hasn't worked. Obviously there were some mistakes made in the initial installation and the first leak repair. Hopefully Jorge's repair will be the final one we need.

I've been with Home Comfort Alliance (formally Sullivan Heating) for 30 plus years. All of their technicians have been easy to communicate with, professional and just a pleasure to work with. For this call Tech Dan Kinzler came over to diagnose my problem. Sadly after 34 years of service my heat pump failed and will need to be replaced. Dan waked me thru his troubleshooting and was a real pleasure to work with. Their tech's kept my system up and running for all of the years.
Today their sales associate Bobby Baker came over for an estimate to replace my system. Once again professional and a pleasure to work with.
I guess there's a reason I've been a customer for over er 30 years, thank you!

Plamen of Home Comfort Alliance just completed the annual servicing of our generator, AC, and furnace. He was terrific – appeared exactly on time, clearly knew what needed to be done, provided a verbal summary at the end which included the need to check generator oil level periodically, and left everything spotless. We are very pleased.

They made it right – no charge for the recall on the repair. Service tech very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service as Tyler answered all of my questions and gave the status of our inverter units.. A very dedicated employee as he brought to my attention the process of hosing off the back of the unit out side for cottonwood, which he explained had lost 12% of the units efficiency.
Since installation we have always relyed on your HCA for our yearly service. Looking forward to next year.

I had my old ducts cleaned and sealed with a fairly new technology. It went well. Reylii was my technician and he did a fine job.

I called to set up maintenance and got a same day appointment! A text came with tech’s name and arrival window with another one when he was on his way and one more at arrival. Anton was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! All work done well and gave us peace of mind. Excellent work and customer service!!

I am very pleased with both home comfort and Anton, the service technician. They installed my heat/air system and I’ve used them ever since. Anton was respectful and seemed thorough. The annual maintenance cost is reasonable.
