Home Comfort Alliance is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer serving the Puget Sound area from Sumner, Everett, Bremerton and Redmond. We size every Carrier heat pump with a room-by-room Manual J load calculation, pull the permits, register the equipment for Carrier's warranty and handle utility rebate paperwork. We quote Carrier's Infinity, Performance and Comfort lines, ducted and ductless.
Carrier says its Factory Authorized Dealers complete factory training on installation, maintenance and repair, hold the required local licenses and insurance, and earn strong customer satisfaction scores. Carrier also evaluates them on business practices, technical skill and customer service (checked October 2026).

Carrier ductless lines, from Carrier's ductless quick reference guide (April 2026). Figures vary by model and indoor unit.
We quote Carrier's Infinity, Performance and Comfort lines, so you can compare options at more than one price point. Current Carrier heat pumps use Puron Advance, Carrier's name for R-454B refrigerant (what the refrigerant change means for a replacement). Infinity premium ductless wall units ship with Wi-Fi, and any Carrier ductless system can run from a standard 24V thermostat with Carrier's interface kit.
Carrier lists its Infinity 21 Ultimate Cold Climate heat pump (27VNA1) for heating down to -23°F and its Infinity 23 (27VNA3) down to -13°F. For ductless, Carrier lists heating capacity for its Infinity line down to -22°F and its Performance line down to -13°F. Carrier notes that traditional heat pumps often need auxiliary heat below about 5°F. Most Puget Sound lowland homes never see that, but homes in colder towns or on hills may. Our cold-climate heat pump guide explains when the upgrade makes sense.
Carrier Hybrid Heat pairs a heat pump with a gas furnace and switches between them based on outdoor temperature, so the heat pump does most of the heating and the furnace covers the coldest days. PSE pays $1,500 for adding a ducted heat pump to a PSE gas furnace when the system switches over at 30°F or lower, installed by a PSE Trade Ally (we are one). See a Woodinville Carrier hybrid heat installation.
Your price depends on your home's heating and cooling needs, the add-ons you need, how many rooms the system serves and where it's installed. Get a price range in about 30 seconds with our free instant quote tool, then a technician confirms the exact price on a free site visit.
